Course Aim:
The sessions will be handled by an experienced trainer of DISHA Training & Consultancy Services. The 3 hr s training program is so well designed that it does not affect the regular routine of the students.

Module objective

the program will be useful for the students of all colleges to prepare and equip themselves for their future studies and career ahead. The course will also help in refining the overall personality of students and help them face the challenges of bigger world when they step out of the portals of the college.

  • INAUGURATION AND INTRODUCTION TO THE PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP: Personality and assessment test and discussion.
  • UNDERSTANDING OWN PERSONALITY: Basics and concept of personality developments, personality types and developing, positive attitude.
  • COMMUNICATION AND PUBLIC SPEAKING: Public speaking skills, introduction to communication, types of communication, presentation, enhancement techniques.
  • CREATIVITY: Introduction to creativity, identification of potential barriers to personal creativity, tips for managing creativity and innovation.
  • EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND DEVELOPING SELF ESTEEM: Concept of emotional intelligence, determine how to anticipate and manage, emotions of self and others, EQ in real situation to develop self esteem.
  • PERSONAL LEADERSHIP: Leadership importance and significance, leadership styles, identification of individual leadership styles.
  • TIME MANAGEMENT: Concept, importance and need of time management and different time management ideas and styles.
  • STRESS MANAGEMENT: Introduction to stress management causes of stress, impact of stress, stress management techniques.
  • INTERVIEW SKILL: Basic aspect and techniques of interviews, how to face an interview successfully.
  • GOAL SETTING AND COUNSELLING: Concept of goal setting, developing goal oriented behavior and exploring various opportunities.
